Pastor and Dawn have been married 19 years and have three children; Payton, Easton, and Ethan. They have a heart for Waxahachie and a desire for people to experience God and live passionately for Him! Pastor Lipsey graduated Teen/Life Challenge in 1990 and has continued to extend the hand of hope to others who come from similar lives of addiction. He founded the 180 Center in 2007 to house and disciple men who desire to break free from this lifestyle.
Dawn Lipsey

Pastor and Dawn have been married 19 years and have three children; Payton, Easton, and Ethan. Dawn studied at the University of Arlington graduating with a degree in business. She works alongside her husband and has a heart to disciple women to become all that God created them to be.
TJ VonWald
Student Ministry Pastor
TJ came to Foundation of Life in 2009 from Wagoner Oklahoma. He studies at Southwestern Assemblies of God University pursuing a degree in church ministries. He led Rebel Movement to be what it is today, a thriving student ministry in north Texas, with a live worship album and summer tour team. TJ has a passion for the students of Waxahachie and is a gifted communicator of the gospel.

Beth has been with Foundation of Life since the planting in 2006. She studied at CFNI from 2002 to 2004 and graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2007. Beth has been in ministry from a very young age. She currently serves as the Church Secretary. She and her husband have three wonderful children, Addisyn, Tyce and Zayd. Beth has a heart for ministry and desires to see Waxahachie, Ennis and the surrounding areas changed by the ministry of Foundation of Life Church.
